[clannad] how can I enter cg mode after set up voice patch?

After install clannad voice patch, I can't enter cg mode from title.

I only can enter cg mode by passing music mode.
(click cg mode botton in music mode)

What is the problem?

Is there any way to fix it by programming or editing source?
