Hello.
I'm a newbie. Now I make patch.xp3 for Lilith 's game soft. I have a problem with my local language 's character (Thai). It 's show a dot ....... in game while playing. I changed all .ks and .tjs file to unicode already. But it still not work. Have anyone can give me a way to solve this problem? Sorry for my poor english. Thank you very much. |

If the problem is what I suppose it is, you don't have do to nothing with files. The fact that you localized all files is enough for now: you don't have to use applocale or to set your locale in Japanese, but this bug is not related to the locale, but to the font. I guess that the font you're using to play your game with your translation simply doesn't have Thai characters. I had the same problem with accented letters (à èìòùÈÉ and so on): you "simply" have to add the characters you need to your font. Or, more simply, if you find out a font which already has Thai character (and IS SUPPORTED and RECOGNIZED by your game) you can use it.
Well, I don't know if the problem is really this. You can just view the font and look for any Thai characters. If you don't find any, just add them. I hope this can help you^^ |
