I've had mine for ~2 years, maybe 3...

Having dual monitors, using separate images looks silly; thus I'm left with either generic patterns or specifically dual-monitor walls, and I can't find any of the latter ;_;

I'm not doing anything special. It runs stably with win95/98 compatible mode in my environment.

A wallpaper used in old times is this, but isn't suitable for winter. looks chilly.

I guess 'Japanese language mode' is no substitute for a real Japanese OS after all.
There were serious sound issues when I tried to run it before.

My lappy's widescreen (1680X1050), So i have to make the sizes of mine too big hieght, or too small width.
And dual images don't look bad. My friend uses a Tsukihime on one and AIR on his main.

Keisuke hinted at it in the previous post. It's from Moonlight Lady (no, not tsukihime - that's a different translation).

I have so many great desktop images (mostly from deviantArt before they decided to be more stringent on the copyright stuff) that I couldn't decide on which to display for long periods of time. I got over that dilemma by having my linux machine choose a random wallpaper from a predefined directory and that images change at any chosen interval (30 mins in this case). I think I even got it to change depending on what application you were running, but that was a little overboard.

The best part though, is having the terminal windows translucent so you can see your wallpaper while you work those command lines! I'd really love to post up a screenshot but unfortunately I don't have access to it right now ~_~

As for my windows desktop I run winmatrix xp. Cool stuff having the matrix code running as an active desktop. Just a little buggy with my laptop sometimes. Not often enough for me to want to replace it with a random desktop scheme though. I love the look of the other passengers in the train when they see me working on a DOS shell (green foreground against black backround) with the matrix code flowing in the desktop. You don't see me doing that anymore though ~_~

Doujin RPG by popular doujin circle Hachimitsu Kuma-san.
Notable for featuring both original characters and ultra minor characters like Saitou. Now available for free download.
