Looks like insani updated their front page with a cute poem:

For some reason it reminded me of ONE and another short game that came in a 3-pack, 雨に歌う譚詩曲 ～A rainbow after the rain～:/

I don't know much about programming but I think and not in the bracket may make the statement positive again...but I don't know.

Thus, either a is not true, or b and c are both true, or a is not true while b and c are both true.

Furthermore more, you could also write this as ~a + bc, or perhaps bc-a.
Lastly, instead of looking at the actual characters in that poem, what about the positions of the characters?
