A couple of quick notes regarding the catalog:

1. This catalog is legitimate and is currently being shipped to J-List and JAST USA game customers. It's the same as the one we handed out at AX 2011. Peter posted with the link to it in one of his recent updates and that's how it seems to have reached 4chan.

2. The Tokimeki Check-In / Doushin combo pack is currently being printed and will be available for sale soon. If you've bought one of the two games separately since AX2011 you may be eligible for a free or reduced-cost copy of the other; you can contact us at https://help.jlist.com/ with the details of your order and we'll be happy to help.

3. Many of the details printed in the catalog (such as prices and bundled releases or lack thereof) are "forward looking statements" and may not be reflected in the final release versions of the games, though we're pretty confident on the vast majority of them. We are still planning to bundle Django and Kikokugai.

The Tokimeki / Doushin pack is 'being printed', perhaps they'll have a new case or something?

Hongfire got shut down

Site has been shut down because of multiple DMCA take down notices from Hentaikey, Adultsource Media and Dliste authors.

They're moving to a new Data Center

According to IRC:

They said that DDL and Torrent will be gone. Only discussion will be alive.
Reason was because it would take them too long to get a server overseas. (Weird reason).
Apparently Hong himself made the decision.




Not sure if this will affect any projects, but a lot of them where tied pretty close to Hongfire ('Daiteikoku' for example)

Trial came out last week, according to comments on the JAST forums the writing isn't very good but the art is really nice.

Among other things:

- Takes place over 7 days
- Each girl has unique events (meaning the game is not linear)
- Day 1 is the intro
- Days 2,3 and 4 are spent in Tokyo
- In Tokyo you can go to 'Asakusa', 'Akihabara', 'Ikebukuro', 'Ginza', 'Shibuya' and 'Shinjuku'
- Each girl has 3 locations, whoever you spend more time with alters later events
- Days 5 and 6 are spent in Kyoto which includes the 'Golden Pavilion', 'Kiyomizu-dera', 'Gion' and more
- Day 7 is unique, whoever you spend the most time with at Tokyo will take you somewhere special just outside of Tokyo
