That's not autotune, it's just a mild vocoder. I suppose it could have been done with autotune (not really familiar with cranked up autotune settings), but either way it's clearly an artistic decision on part of the composer, not an attempt to fix crappy singing. technovision, the insert song from S;G, is pretty similar, though the vocoder is even more prominent there.

tl;dr someone who makes itou kanako songs wants to be making italo house (again pretty obvious if you listen to technovision)

An announcement I never expected: XSeed will be localizing the PSP version of Corpse Party, a horror visual novel. As the article says, this is one of several not-quite-mainstream games planned for release in English on PSP. Perhaps it's because the PSP's lifecycle is nearly over, especially in the west?

Kara No Shoujo hasn't made a profit from Mangagamer, however it is one of their better selling games. It hasn't surpassed Koihime or Shuffle though. However Innocent Gray are still interested in the west.

Kira Kira overall has a made a profit if you put everything together (Adult version + All ages version + Iphone Version)

Shuffle has most likely reached the breakeven point too.

Kara No Shoujo has not made a profit, it needs to sell twice as many as it currently has to breakeven.

Pretty sure that's using Autotune or one of its clones. Straight up vanilla vocoding does not preserve as much of the original vocal signature as this song does.
