Hello, all! I recently came across a copy of "Aria The Origination ~Aoi Hoshi no Il Cielo~" for the PS2, and I'd like to take a crack at translating it (or at least getting the ball rolling on a project).
It looks like all the assets are stored in standard AFS archives. The voice clips and sound effects are plain old ADX files, but I'm not familiar with the other two file types I'm seeing: mostly BIP, some of which have accompanying T2P. I'm a CS major, so I'm no stranger to digging around in binary files, but I'm not sure where to start with these since I can't find any specifications. I'm hoping you folks can point me in the right direction. Thanks! |
