Music really doesn't matter, the game is probably ment for fans of Anime anyway, not for your typical World of Warcraft loser or Counter-Strike junkie. Now what it sounds like, is that the majority of gamers won't accept it, and this is because the majority of gamers have no care for anime. If you encorporate the Halo n00bs and such...

... Please don't scare me like that... I think I'd rather have idolm@ster stay on the Japanese box, and never ever ever get ported to PS3... than for the possibility that It got the Ouendan treatment. I'm sure its nothing to do with labor laws but more with the whole lolita thing in Japanese games. Virtually every game and anime has at least one lolita character, add to that the huge amount of lolicon hentai and the fact that
Japan only banned real child porn as late as the late 90's - well let's just
say that anime has a lot of possible cp replacement then. Obviously western
publishers don't want to get involved in games with lolis in them for
publicity reasons. Hirameki is also having problems placing its titles on
US shelves, if you read a Macworld article from a short while ago.

Now don't get me wrong I like cute anime girls too but I just don't think
that most westerners enjoy those too much plus there is that whole
social stigmata which plagues Japan with their very reluctant banning
of real child pron only a few years ago.

I think i read somewhere that Japan has the lowest crime rate and the US has 20x the amount japan by percentage. Maybe we should learn something from them XD.

Most of the U.S crime comes from...New York and L.A, not to be cliche' or anything (to those who live in the U.S too). Lately, ALOT of it has been coming from Illegals in mexico, drug smuggling, shooting people...
