Default Favorite Shows/Channels

What are your favorite T.V Shows and Channels to watch?

Putting Anime aside since Cox Digital Cable doesn't have any such channels and I live in America....

I like the Military Channel, which is all about what it says but mostly American militarization and shows. One of the shows is called "Future Weapons", and a ex-Special Forces member tries out all of the newest military weapons. Also Battlefields, which depicts and describes wars mostly in World War 2 and Vietnam. 20th Century Battlefields which go over tactics of wars America was involved in before Operation Gulf Storm. And the top 10 countdown for everything Military related. And Special Forces: Man-Hunt where a surviving British SAS member who escaped capture by running through the Iraqi desert for 8 days, goes through excersizes in which he must avade a Hunter-Force and survive at the same time.

I also watch the Science Channel. Shows like Mars: Rising, which is a 6 part series that goes over the science of sending a team to Mars. Survivor Man, which depicts an ex-Special Forces man who must survive in the most inhospitible environments for 1 week.

Actually you can get a good bit of anime from Cox Cable San Diego (where both you and I dwell) as it does have cartoon network and VOD anime network. (I don't have it though)

You can buy NHK global too (we watch it at my Japanese school) they have the most terrifying children's shows...

Kanon debuts December 28th on Anime Network >.>

Top Gear and Fonejacker. Oh, and Mythbusters. Generally, any good, clean fun that gets your attention and never lets go until the ride's over.

Cox doesn't have Anime Network, but they have "Anime on Demand"...which lacks any sense to me.

EDIT: T.V isn't American specific dovac -_-

Without paying a limb for a decent international channel, 90-100% of the channels are American-produced channels. And what few international channels you get suck too.

The only two shows I make an effort to watch are Mythbusters and The Daily Show. If neither of those are on, I just flip to The History Channel or Discovery and see if there's anything worth watching. Otherwise the TV doesn't see much use anymore...

I wish I could be saying that, too bad I'm "banned" off my computer. Most of the time I would just be playing games while occasionally flipping to all the forums I activly post in.

I almost never watch TV. o.o; Not because I don't like it or anything, but I just kept forgetting about my favorite shows when they were on, and eventually I stopped trying to make an effort to watch them.

When I do watch TV, though, I like stuff like Scrubs, Friends, Monk, The Simpsons, and a bunch of others.
