Question Sound problem in Family Project (Kazoku Keikaku)

I've recently reinstalled Family project visual novel and when i started it the window appeared but it gave me a bunch of error messages like "Fail to open 25.ogg" "Loading music files has failed". After ignoring those messages the game starts but without any sound whatsoever.
The game worked about 3 months back when i last played it and now it just doesn't want to run.
What is the problem? Is it a codec problem or is it the operating system?I've been searching for a solution everywhere but i can't seem to find it.

P.S. I am currently running windows 7.
