I'm at the Summer arc with my machine trans but i dont trust it to give me accurate names i'd appreciate someone giving the correct romanji or proper nouns for

#character '衛士' some type of soldier - considering the time period, I'd guess that this is more a job title than a name: try "Guard" or "Soldier" depending on his duties. If you think it's really a name, try "Eiji".
#character '柳也' - Ryuya
#character '裏葉' - Uraha
#character '神奈' - Kanna
#character '売り子' - Uriko
#character '老僧' - title for elderly priest, maybe just "Old Priest"? "Rousou" if you feel the need to name-ify it
#character '知徳' - probably "Chitoku"

Just to be clear, an Uriko is an epithet (... lingusitic usage, not derogatory usage...) and is simply a job/title used in place of a name --- here it simply means "salesgirl".
