Where can I download the "Bug Fix"?

When mounting the SEENXXXX in SEEN.TXT appears this error message:

Fatal error : exception Sys_error("Permission denied")

Rummaging through old posts, I saw that I need to download this "Bug Fix". Which in this case would be?
