Just go on hong fire and find a cg set.
I'm also pretty sure th2 doesn't have any gif images.

I am not able to save on this game. And what do you mean by the new version of the game that I saw in a previous related post concerning this same issue? I'd appreciate any help I can get on this because its getting frustrating when I have to start the game over whenever I have to turn my laptop off.

What I mean is in the 7z archive 20110126latestbuild.7z there is a file ToHeart2.exe which you should put in place of the existing .exe file from the game. Saving from one version to the next version is not compatible, but saving works fine once you've put the new version in place.

I did just that and the current version( the one that came with the 7z archive) does not allow for saving for some odd reason. I took the files from the download, placed them in the folder, overwrote the previous files and the result was the inability to save my progress.

Sorry forgot to log in, well above is what I did and there is no ability to save my progress what so ever. Oh and Tamaki's H Scene was totally in Japanese.

Yes I'm aware that her H scene didn't make it in. Oversight. I'm not really sure what your problem is, sorry. It works fine here. Do you have any old saved games in there? Perhaps it can't overwrite those?

Nope I just got it recently, after finding out about your patch for the game. No saves from when the game was originally in Japanese. I suppose I could try reinstalling it and making some saves on it? It'll be a bit awkward, but I'll try it later after work. .....Stupid McDonald's and their stupid updated registers....I curse the foul things!

Well with the Japanese version it saves just fine....lessee what happens id I apply the patch.

Yeah it doesn't allow for saving at all if I apply the patch to the game. Do you think maybe it's related to the new font or something like that?

^ It's just you. I can save the game well, no problem occurs at all .
If you want to load from the old saves (the one that contains Japanese), you'll have to load the map saves.
BTW, I assume you think this forum is a shoutbox or something like that?

I can confirm that the saving does not work.

It works fine with the original Japanese. It even works fine with the translation if you just rewrite fnt.pak and sdt.pak. The problem arises once you rewrite ToHeart2.exe. Then you get this error message whenever you save
