IRC open; thinking about bandwidth

There's now an al|together IRC channel: #al|together on irc.zirc.net.

(Note: link is unreliable due to URL escaping issues. My apologies if you end up in #al%7ctogether by mistake!)

Thinking ahead to release time, it's clear that we won't be able to rely on BitTorrent completely, since so many people either don't know how to use it, have it blocked by their ISP, or whatever. Poleris has offered to set up a direct-download HTTP mirror system for those who can't use BitTorrent. If anyone who has vast quantities of bandwidth going to waste would like to donate some to al|together, please get in touch with him: poleris (at) gmail, or poleris on AIM. (Or in the aforementioned IRC channel, of course!)

Aw, do we have to use Rizon? #nnl and other related channels are already on ZIRC, and the Rizon ircops are kind of insane (for example, 4chan's moot is an ircop and he klines people for kicks).
