Default Help with Decryption

So I'm thinking about translating the game Joker no Kuni no Alice by Quinrose (kirikiri engine) , but I don't know how to get at the text files. I unpacked the .xp3 archive with the scripts, but it's all gibberish. Attached is one such file.
It might be an XOR encryption, but other than that I'm kind of stuck. Any help?
If not, could anyone give me tips with kirikiri or decryptiong Shift-JIS? (I'm pretty sure the encoding is in Shift-JIS)
Thanks.

download the Phiber's Kirikiri(use the latest) tool on tlwiki provided by appz...
extract the tool zip to the game directory and also the attachment I have uploaded...
then click the extract.bat

if nothing happens use xp3dumper....

Thanks for the reply guys.
I hope I don't sound ungrateful, but I've already extracted the files from the xp3 archive.
d_fallen_god, I ran your file and it extracted the scripts except they still seem to be encrypted. The characters still look like the ones in the .txt file I posted up.
Is there any way to decrypt it? Or is it an encoding problem?
Thanks again, I really appreciate the help.

sorry if this is too late, but if the problem was solved, could you please post how it was done? I want to translate Anniversary no Kuni no Alice and I seem to be running into the same problem...
