Biblical angels are male. Man-on-man sex (p****->a***), or "sodomy", is supposed to be a satanic practice (even man->woman sodomy). Vaginal sex is not. I think that's why even lesbians weren't persecuted that much.

The bible is a story! Not a big list of metaphors and analogies for people to misinterpret!

So a guy offers up his daughters, supposedly against their will. If you are to take ANY lesson from that, it's to NOT do that.
