In celebration of the trial version coming out, I've started a new thread

I have to say... this is one of the shortest trial versions I've ever played... Masato looks like he fell out of a Gekiganger... Rin works pretty well... Overall, pretty hilarious, but it's too short to be captivating... And the OP is way too long (and glitched in my copy).

Speculation from OP: Is Kudryavka some sort of vampire or something?

The 'battles' were pretty amusing. I'll be interested to see how they work when Riki participates in one - and it makes me wonder if there will be plot branches dependent on coming out victorious with a nigiri or something...

I really can't say I'm a fan of Masato or Keno's character designs, but Rin sprouting random cat ears can never be a bad thing ^^

Masato does have traces of Gai Daigouji in him doesn't he? XD I think it's interesting to see them putting a strange fighter/RPG system in it. I rolled when I watched Rin kick his butt. I laughed even harder with the voiced version of the famed prologue and the newspaper clipping afterwards!

I don't think that's the OP, I think it's probably more along the lines of a demo movie (and it was glitched with me also) From what I can tell, I don't think Key is straying too far from their claim to fame. If anything, I've learned from their various stories that they work well with balancing emotions ^^. So with something starting out so hillariously stupid... really, really hard times are down the road x.x

I found it great and am wishing I hadn't have played it... cause now I want it! >.<

What a time to have left my Dengeki G's magazine at my friend's place! >.< (And I can't call him and have him look it up cause he doesn't know a lick of Japanese -_-;)

Two months ago in G's (or maybe a month before... I forget when I stopped ordering them ^^;) they gave a huge article displaying CG and stories on the various characters in LB complete with who wrote which scenario and also if the characters were designed by Itaru Hinoue or Na-Ga.

Key has released a v1.01 of the trial version which fixes the glitches in the movie.

Not that I recall (or at least it wasn't as obvious to me). However, Key's market momentum was much stronger at the time, so conditions have changed.

Yeah there was not any ecchi bits for Clannad.

I'm thinking different type of game too may have to do with it. Or could be a replacement for ero scenes?

I saw Kudo figure someplace too....
