Mixed up order

Hello everyone

Something rather unfortunate happened recently. A while ago, I ordered the game Divi Dead from Himeyashop. The package arrived this morning, but inside there was not the game I ordered, but instead a different one, Desire. I contacted Himeyashop regarding this issue, and I hope to hear back from them soon, but I have a question: has anyone else had problems with this store? Will they make me ship the item back, forcing me to pay for shipping twice? What will happen from here? Any comments would be great.

I've never had any problems with Himeyashop, actually. They should pay to correct their own error - report what actually happens back to us, please.

If they're the same price, you may as well consider keeping Desire - it just might be the better game.

The thing with desire is that it wasn't translated IIRC?

Dividead - written by that faceless moon guy

Oh, it's been translated - possibly even by the same people who did Dividead.

Desire isn't bad. Burst Error and YU-NO are great.

But I've never played Divi-dead, so I couldn't say.

Ok, they contacted me back, and said they would ship the game as soon as possible. A little latter, I got some follow-up notifications saying that they had shipped it. However, they still expect me to ship Desire to their US office. Since I'm in Canada, that shouldn't be too bad, but it still seems kind of unfair, since they messed up to begin with. I will send Desire back to them when I get Divi Dead, but is there anything else I can do? I wish they could have done more... for instance, when my Xbox 360 got the red ring of death, I contacted Microsoft, and they sent me a box with pre-paid shipping to ship the Xbox back to them...
