You mean online translators? I use Amikai's one.

I prefer BizLingo engine, it seems to know more about contractions and stuff.

Text: 凄ぇよこれ。全然わかんねぇけど。
Systran: "It is enormous, the ぇ this. At all, don't you think? the わ can however the ぇ." Amikai: "凄ぇよこれ. completely -- not boiling -- けど." BizLingo: "...terrible... At all." Well, I guess BizLingo is at least honest. :P (To be fair, it really is only when you use colloquial contractions that they output total gibberish. Given a business letter they can usually provide a reasonable gist. Hence the name "BizLingo", I guess...) As an OT aside, I really must get round to trying one of the website-translation services on 2ch. The result would probably count as poetry... |
