Need help about Higurashi

I really want English version for this visual novel
After confusing and tried to search, I finally found the dead link.

Anyone please explain to me that...
1.) what should I download? (start from step1 please)
2.) provide the link for me please, I reaally need it.

That's easy. You <a href="http://www.himeyashop.com/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=Higurashi&x=0&y=0"> buy the games here</a> and then you find the person working on the higurashi patch, who I believe is on this forum. And you go download said patch from their website and install it, after first installing your newly acquired legal copy of the game.

I see what you're implying at, but the guy didn't say he wanted to download the game, did he? He said that he's having troubles finding the patch, meaning that he's already in posession of the game (legally obtained or not). At least that's what I'm making of his post.

And there's no dire need to buy the game yet as the translation covers Onikakushi-hen chapter which is a part of the demo which can be legally donwloaded from 07 Expansion's site.

And you can play the pay-download Higurashi using our Onikakushi translation patch. (Kai & Rei too, once we translate far enough to make patches for them.)

i dunno if i should buy it. is somehow related to higurashi?

Umineko is also a murder mystery from 07th Expansion, but it's based on Rokkenjima rather than Hinamizawa.

Actually, the connection is a bit deeper than that. One of the characters has previously appeared in Higurashi, and another is deeply linked to another. However, the plot seems mostly unrelated, for now.

It takes place at the same world of thelastgame of higu, a few years later.
for now, there are no characters relation or whatsoever, but that'll come. don't worry.
