I don't really know much about this game's engine (2002 title), but I suspected it could be AI6WIN since elf distributed alot of Silky's games. I couldn't get ExtractData or Crass to get to the contents (but my ability to use crass properly is questionable).

I uploaded the script.arc file, which I suspect holds the script files (there's also a bitmap.arc, mask.arc, and sequence.arc as well as a bgm.awf, effect.awf, and voice.awf). If anyone wants to give this a crack, it would be great. In the meantime I've been translating into notepad++, but it's annoying not knowing the total line count.
