I believe rlc is the program for repacking SEENs not kprl. try running 'rlc --help' for more information (sorry I have never packed any).

jyuichi, you know how to add normal support Cyrillic, and then the characters bump against each other.

Sorry, I don't know anything about character support but some other people on this forum do. :) Hopefully someone will post here...
