You know... I'm REALLY starting to wonder how far their going to push this and how is it going to get past Nintendo. I havent heard of a console game getting 18+ status for Cero since Saturn... though someone correct me if I'm wrong. And considering how their hyping the title, I would be seriously disappointed if it was H or seriously ecchi.

But come to think of it... we had those really perverted "model photographer" games for the PS2... so who knows... >.>;;

According to the official site, it's getting a mere C rating (15+), so it seems that all parties have approved.

So technically, there's probably nothing explicitly sexual. Nonetheless, I'm sure everyone's aware of the implied meaning and appeal of such a product (which they seem to be doing a good job of marketing).

Actually they got lot more strict considering that in Japan, lot of games recently got Z rating (18+) not because of sex but because of violence (Dead Rising, Gears of War...). Though don't think any of the first console parties (Nintendo, Sony, MS) would ever allow pornographic content in games for their systems.

KID (the imprint at least) is back, under a company called CyberFront. Memories Off 5 due in July.

My apologies if this was posted already.

CyberFront's acquisition of KID's IPs is old news. However, we've now learned that they're outsourcing Memories Off 5 Encore to 5pb, a sound/music production company that has recently expanded into game development (they're making a new game for Princess Soft). Supposedly, 5pb's game division consists of ex-KID employees.

From this news, I'm also assuming that CyberFront's long-term plan is to continue KID's franchises through subcontractors (KID was already doing quite a bit of this, I think).

So where was this re-re-release of ONE announced? I haven't seen a thing about it.

Tomoya Okazaki, a delinquent at odds with his father, meets a girl at
the bottom of an uphill path to school, amidst a flutter of cherry
blossom petals. Her name is Nagisa Furukawa. She says to him: "No
matter what I do, I cannot get myself up this hill. Therefore, could
you accompany me up this path?"

Tomoya suggests to her that since she cannot get up this hill, if she
finds something at school to look forward to, then she definitely will
be able to climb her way up there.

Inspired by those words, Nagisa starts her hard struggle, aiming to rebuild
the now-defunct theater club. And then, sometime later, Tomoya joins
Nagisa in her endeavor and eventually finds himself drawn to
the hard-working Nagisa.

So no love for Kyou? :(
