I'm kind of a newbie to 07th expansion, but why is it "When They Cry 3"?

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (Chapters 1-4) = When They Cry
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai (Chapters 5-8) = When They Cry 2
Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Rei (Extra Chapters) = When They Cry 2+
Umineko no Naku Koro ni = When They Cry 3

JAST will have Pretty Soldier A.D. 2408 ready for Comic-Con, then after Comi-Con it will be available on their site.
JAST acquired the rights to Pulltop's Princess Waltz.
JAST acquired the rights to the highly rated D.O. game, Kazoku Keikaku.

Ah, so, is that the event for which you had a plane to take?

Misu 2007-06-30 06:32

Ayup... though it's a pretty exhaustive four day convention.

Right Stuf has announced that the last DVD of ToHeart will have a limited edition box run that will release with last volume. It will be only a 15,000 print run with each volume individually labeled with its number in the series. Preorder from (most likely) rightstuf.com to get the box. According to Right Stuf, they estimate the boxes will be sold out either before the release (via preorders) or a couple weeks after its release.

When asked whether Right Stuf had an interest in licensing visual novels, they mentioned that they are current not looked at that market.

Rofl, that was a hilarious scene when the video started accidentally playing for like two seconds before Shingo could turn it off. Only the first chord had played and the whole front row suddenly started cheering. Then they played the video and everyone else started cheering..., I think we had a bit too many I've fans in the front row >.>;;....

And in other Kujira news... more details have emerged about the upcoming net-broadcast Kujira anime according to MOONPHASE Diary:

The show's director and series coordinator will be Nagisa Miyazaki, who was the director for the Da Capo anime series and also worked on some Ghibli films. Character design will be by Hisako(?) Satou, who served as episode animation director for a few episodes of Fushigi Boshi no Futago Hime and Eternal Alice. Color design will be done by Yoshimi(?) Kamikawa. Animation production will be handled by ZEXCS, which also animated the Da Capo anime series. This show will start airing in the middle of August, 2007 on Dwango PC's site Cho-Animelo and will consist of a compilation of 5-minute episodes each having an individual story.
