I'm terribly sorry for posting this in a 2-months old thread, but I recently acquired the Sharin no Kuni novel, and I would like to point out a small discrepancy in the guide graciously posted by Asceai in page 1. Towards the decision path indicated to obtaining Touka's Bad and Good Endings, there were a few missed decisions that belonged to Sachi's original route. This is the correct decision sequence up to the point posted by Asceai: Quote:

Eri's story is, well, boring crap about her visiting various places on the way to the site of the SHCI exam. TNA only wanted to translate it because he feels sorry for her. Houzuki's chapter is about the same length as chapter 4 of the main game; it's 8200 lines. |

got it. now I want to ask another simple Q, what's Eri's short story tell about? for Houzuki's Arc, is it more longer than the first 2 chapter in Sharin no Kuni or not? I wonder how long it takes XD |

Our original intent was to translate the Houzuki chapter, Eri's short story, and the omake. However, TNA has decided to place the latter two on hold for now; our upcoming release will consist of: -Houzuki chapter standalone (I feel it's justified, seeing as this is less than one third of the game) -Houzuki chapter patch for those who already have the game or wish to buy it anyway* -Sharin no Kuni 1.02 patch (re-edited a few bits that needed attention, merged in a new round of QC) -Rainbows and ponies and sunshine for everyone *If you have a legit copy of the game, do note that the patch I made fucks around with the game scripting quite severely; it is counted as fullcomp after playing Houzuki's route and the rest of the routes are inaccessible. Please delete the patch after playing if you want to... look at the rest in Japanese, I guess? |

you're using 7, I see. Sora no Sukima (Sky's Gap?) ? if I remember correctly, for Yuukyu no Shounensyojo your team just doing the Houzuki's Arc and not the others, right? |

Sora no Sukima is the insert song which plays during 060.ks, the final script of the main game. Work on Houzuki is proceeding nicely. |

Personally, I think Sora no Sukima is better than Akazora Renka, but they're both pretty great. Unfortunately the ED is so bland that I don't even remember its name. Can't win 'em all, I guess. |
