Great news, translation has reached 25% for the whole game! Wahey! Editing is currently at 23%.

Since we're nearing the end of the common route, I've started thinking about patches. Would anyone be interested in partial patches? If so, how would you like them split up? Don't hesitate to state your opinion, even if you're just a lurker.

My limited understanding is that partials are tricky because later editing can then break savedata?

If you are inclined towards partials I would say one after each section: Dream, Summer, and Air.

Air is considerable shorter; a better alternative would be Kano route / Minagi route / Misuzu+Summer+Air

Of course, partial patch is always better than no patch at all. Consider this to be a public alpha testing, this way you'll be notified of any errors that don't show up / are unnoticed on your team's systems, not limited to just typos. *cough* Hoshimemo *cough*
As for splitting, I'm completely okay with anything that's more or less logically complete. In fact, I'm even okay with just a common route if it ends roughly where editing is at (~20%) now (note that I don't have a clue of what I'm speaking about because I didn't read (anything about) Air VN at all).
Don't worry about those who don't want any patches except full final release - nobody forces them to read partial ones.

Nope, Edger's been in Shanghai over the last month, so no progress has been made translation-wise. Also there'll be some exciting news over the weekend, so look forward to it! (No nothing's been licensed, don't worry...)

There's no website, but you can keep track of the project from the VNTLS.

Well, Mr. Moogs, look at it from this perspective: licensing is killing the industry, because almost none of the titles are profitable overseas, and Key is rumored to demand $1 million USD for any of their titles. Hence, a localization would certainly lose money, taking the backer one step closer to bankrupsy.

But every title has been profitable for Jast. Although that takes time. Not that I care either way now that I know enough moon to navigate DLsite.
