Help with Milky Holmes PSP

Hello, I would like to translate the Milky Holmes PSP game, but am unable to extract the script or anything. I'm not to technically knowledgeable on hacking, so I tried searching the internet for tools but was unable to find anything. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.
