Default RealLive Fonts ?

Hi everyone ! I'm working now with rldev, making some translations (not english) and have some problems with fonts. Simply, I can't use any fonts in Planetarian. I edited .ini with :

#DLL.000="rlBabel"
#INIT_FONT_NAME="Trebuchet"
#INIT_FONT_TYPE=2

but there is no result. Hm ?

Okay, guess I know the problem. Now another questions - first, when I'm trying to compile text with "rlc.exe --encoding=UTF-8 SEEN0001.ke --transform-output=Western" I've got an error message "unable to encode the character U+306f" Another problem -without --transform-output rlBabel will not load at all, pity. (ah, yes, I'm decompiling with "--disassemble --encoding=UTF-8")

And looks like that my language isn't in list. When I'm compiling without "transform" and using english letters I've got jumping text in the vn, that means that all is good and can be modified (well, also just should add "transform", of course), but when I'm trying to use my language I've got some big holes between the letters >___<

So, that means that I can't modify it, right ? And for full support I should work with .map files, oh, man... Any manual with this ? Just more and more problems with every minute. Can someone give some advice or support ?

Ah, yeah, one more thing - I'm working with Planetarian now.

That's the font cause (unfortunately, any Japanese codepage handles cyrillic & other symbols as fullwidth (Latin is an ridiculous exception - it have both halfwidth and fullwidth sets)). The only (probable) solution here -- force game engine to use monospaced font (Courier New, Lucida Console, Consolas, DeJaVu Sans Mono etc.)...

dsp2003, yes, I know about shift-jis. Okay, is there any not so hard variants with fonts support except working with .map files ?

try setting this in gameexe.ini
#WINDOW.000.MOJI_REP=0,0
the two parameter represents charaterSpacing and lineSpacing
if any letter is too far away from each other, set charaterSpacing to an appropriate minus value.

if this results too much spacing with the end of a line, set this
#WINDOW.000.MOJI_CNT=28,3
the two parameter represents lineCharaterCount and lineCount
set lineCharaterCount to an appropriate value

but if not all letters are as so far away from others, this wouldn't help,I think
