Seriously, though, I hope to kickstart the translation back up again this summer, assuming nothing else gets in the way <_<
1) I'm a she. ^_^ ' I just love the story, I'm trying to find the version for all ages. (I have no idea which version I have)

2) I don't know where to send it. And I'd have to send it in cash. (Hope you don't mind if I have to loop it a bit, but gotta keep myself anon.)

But if you would be willing, I'm sure that I'd be able to get up some cash soon... as soon as my parents tell me where they hid my money... assuming that it wasn't how they got the new car.... or if I get the job I'm trying to get that would also work.
No, no, that was a joke ^_^;; (about the money thing)
^_^ ' Well, if you want some donations, I don't mind giving some if it encourages you. (I can't do anything without encouragement, which is why I have people pay. If I'm not paid, then I can't get any motivation at all to do stuff (I program stuff and do misc jobs))

Ok, I was wondering if there was any way to get the Air translation project restarted? My japanese sucks and I can only read a word if it similar to the Chinese version of the word.
Why didn't you paly the Chinese version of this game?Air has a 100% translation patch.

Because I'm far too lazy to find the Chinese version. Plus, I need to learn English and Japanese. I barely passed the English class... And yet someone commented on how good my English was... So I'm confused...

If I were you, I'd play it fully translated (in Chinese). Besides, it's not THAT hard to find it, isn't it?

No, but consider that most of what I have I import from America or Japan. If I get a Chinese version... Well... I'll say this much. Too many copies here are illegal to the core.

o.o Is there an official Chinese version of Air?
Either way, what previous people were speaking about, is getting Chinese translation patch only and applying it to the Japanese import.

A little update on the Wind -a breath of heart- project... http://nnl1.com/ It seems they found a translation error through out the script and its really really bothering them. The patch has been delayedq and they wont us to destroy any copies of the demo we have. Does anyone else think NNL is getting a kick outa toying with our emotions? T_T

A few of us have been waiting around 2-3 years for this. The promised it by Christmas 2004, then April 2005, January 2006...etc....in the famous words of many a programmer - It'll be released when it's ready. (That better be damned soon too!)

Nah, nobody would be so cruel as to toy with your emotions like that.

BTW, I've abandoned Kanon and will henceforth translate only BL manga.

"Man's gotta do what man's gotta do!"

That's what I would call truly cruel :D

Remembering belatedly that some of the members here are not native speakers of English and may find it difficult to tell when I'm being serious, I guess I should probably point out, just in case, that that particular comment was not serious.

(In other words, I won't be translating any BL manga. Sorry girls.)

Heh heh. I had that feeling. That was why I went to great lengths to find a smily to express my overexaggerated shock. It was a long and arduous journey to find the smily....Or did it?
