Does Hirameki ship worldwide?

I want in on that 2 for 1 thing they're having. I'd ask them, but I can find neither an email address nor the proper forum for these types questions.

Not directly, but several stores who stock their games ship internationally. Jlist, for instance.

So I have to miss out on that 2 for 1? Damn.

Always try emailing them.
For example : Himeya doesn't list Argentina as a valid shipping location, but I bought from them twice already (they usually ask you to email them before ordering something - but they answer very quick).
However, I bought Ever-17 directly from J-List, since I had an account there already.

Be sure to keep a good eye on your order, though, especially if your country's mail service/customs suck (like mine).

I can't find an email address though. I suck at finding those things. =/

Oh and that "Are you human?" thing is annoying. >.>

It's to combat spammers, we had a bad case of them not to long ago.

Actually, orthography...but yes, most English speakers are going to want to capitalize anything that looks like a proper noun; it's just ingrained.
