I need some input on which route I should translate first. Two characters are available from the start, with three more unlocking after you finish the game for the first time, and a sixth character after you finish all the others.

Initially Available Characters:

Izumi Saya

A kuudere girl with an aura of mystery about her. That aura partially comes from Saya's lack of desire to interact with her peers. She doesn't like your character and seems to have issues with the main heroine, Asuka, as well. Saya comes from a rich family, but has lived alone ever since she was a little girl.

Saya is my personal favorite character.

Yuugiri Ruriko

This girl is so sweet your teeth might rot. Ruriko is your kouhai, who lives next door. She also happens to be your friend from you lived on the island a a child (Osananajimi Alert!) The house next door is also a medical clinic, which is convenient, since Ruriko's health is very weak. She lives with her somewhat over-protective brother, who is the doctor at the clinic.

3. Someone at /jp/ offered to decrypt and unpack the script files. Hopefully they'll come through.

The art isn't really generic.. unless compared to other art in the same game, in which you're totally right. All the characters have the SAME FACES.

It's very high quality, though - unusually so. Furthermore, the backgrounds are high quality and animated, and the effects etc. don't disappoint.

Asukimi's a lot easier. Besides, LimePie knows Japanese, so I'll just be doing a rough single-pass over anything I get, and leave corrections up to other people =P

今更なんですけど… My vote goes for Saya, due to a number of reasons which I can't be bothered to write up. Err... So here, you have it. And also, good luck with the project.
