PS3 game font..

Hi. I need some help.. Here is a PS3 original font file. http://www.mediafire.com/?6fl69rv8h1kgg33

I wanted to make 英雄伝説閃の軌跡's Korean font. I found one font by chance but it is difficult to find whole font and edit the font. Every font has its own offset, width and height. Ex)http://postimg.org/image/3p2m7kb2j/

Is there are way to edit above font file..? I wanted to use this font. http://www.mediafire.com/?75avwmrwe4ua9ap It will be appreciated if someone can help me..
