Sure, I do know that Russian people speak their own language and the song above doesn't really sound similar to Japanese at all, but I thought the animation of the song was really funny.

It's actually a finnish song. I've seen a finnish learning video from the 80's or 70's when they dance to this song XD so funny. I'll try to post it up.... when I find some webplace :P

As far as I can tell, that is not Russian at all (as Donut says), but I also don't know as much as I should.

True I also know that dshingis khan was singing in German. But I just say the music I knew it from was from an Finnish Dancing Teaching video on "Disco" :P. Quite funny I'll find it and uppload it.

I've actually found a Mona in this Wuxia(think Crouching Tiger/Hero) Japanese MMO. It totally did not fit in at all XD
