Saya no Uta loading help?

Hello. I downloaded Saya no Uta and set up Japanese Locale so it would not have weird symbols. However, when I try to run under Locale Japanese an "Open with... (program)" menu comes up. I do not know which program to use, as none of them have worked so far... is there something I need to download to run with Locale Japanese?

Or I messed up greatly and do something wrong with setting up the Locale? xx))

Just a gentle reminder that you can purchase Saya no Uta here. As for your specific issue; I have no idea. What file, exactly, are you trying to run?

I have the same problem. I am running saya.exe with Japanese Locale (by right clicking and selecting Japanese Locale in roll out menu) but it asks me to choose program to run saya.exe with.
