Canvas 2 Installation problems

I'm having trouble installing Canvas 2. I installed it a few weeks back an it worked fine. I uninstalled it and planned to play it later. Skip to a few weeks later and I felt like playing it.. and now I can't even install it. I mounted the .iso file and the set up screen comes on. I have to choose the second option for the installation screen to pop up... but when I select the second option, no installation options pop up. It just loads for a second and does nothing. I tried to disable my antivirus and even my firewall, but I still get the same thing. I even tried to manually install it by copying files from the .iso, but I get an error once I try to run it. Something along the lines of adv32 execute error. I tried different combinations of when to apply the crack and dvd patch, but it still doesn't work. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

First, you can try running c2dinst.exe from the DVD, instead of choosing "インストール" in the launcher window. If that doesn't work, perhaps the game wasn't uninstalled properly and the installer thinks it's already installed. In that case:

1. Open up Registry Editor (Start > "regedit")
2. Go to "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software".
3. If there's an "F&C" folder there, delete it.
4. Do the same for "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\F&C" (or "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\F&C" if you're using 64-bit Windows).

Now try installing the game again.
