Can someone translate that bold line? Something about the bread that she seems to walk?

I don't remember, but I do remember that whenever Akio dialogue comes up, the name that shows up on the left is his first name 秋生, not 古川.

Isn't literal translation ok, is it?
"She seems to me (as if) a walking bread."

歩く& something is used as a idiom.
ex. 歩く百科事典 : a walking encyclopedia.

In plain words, "Her value for me is to be able to eat the bread.", "I can eat the bread if I make friends (go out) with her." By the way, he is awful.

It'd probably be hard for someone who doesn't know what the original text means to understand.

I'd translate it to "to me, she's just a walking bread dispenser", myself.

Thinking about it, it's an odd metaphor.

Annotation: Perhaps my sentence may be seem offensive way? I meant "it" as japanese expression itself.

Possibly "bread on legs"? I think most English-speakers would read that as "someone I'm primarily interested in as a source of bread". There are analogies with "sex on legs" and "money on legs".

In the startup screen, there's an option for changing 岡崎朋也's name. Only 4 spaces are allowed for the family name and another 4 for the first name. Does that mean Japanese names with 5 kanji do not exist?

And do you think the kanji name inputter is perfect? Could there be a few kanji that are missing? One I couldn't find was the 経 in 義経.

You're allowed up to six letters in your name in Japan, spread over both your first and last names.

What was all the trouble with the acting club about? How come 渚 fails to start the acting club? There was some kinda conflict with another club and 幸村先生.
---
OMG! What kind of a lame ending was that?! 渚 said "I'm so sorry I can't talk with you while walking to school anymore. I'm tired, I must sleep." Then...
THE END

Lameness...

Ignoring the fact that this was undoubtably one of the various "bad endings", if you could refrain from posting any major plot details without a rot13 it would be appriciated ^^

(i'm currently working through Nagisa's route myself so spoilers = bad!)

How do Japanese classrooms work? 朋也 says he is from D組 and 渚 is from B組.

What letter does it go up to?

It can go up to however much classes in that year.
Japanese classes are numbered A-B, where A is the year (1-6 for elementary school, 1-3 for middle and high) and B is the ordinal number of class in this year. Most commonly it's ether a number or a latin letter, though sometimes it can be something more exotic, like a flower name in Alien 9.
