Probably not, due to the script grammar being different, if I understand this right.

Yes, it should eventually be possible to play every ONScripter game.

I don't make half-baked releases.
You need to be just a little more patient. As a reward, the new version will have a couple more features and a few bug fixes. The most prominent one being that it finally works correctly on Linux.
...As far as I've tested, anyway.

Who can guess what this does?
Code:
mov $1,"A $2"
mov $2,"B $1"
`$ 1="$1"

See the ChangeLog for changes.
I promise the next release will increase the compatibility with ONScripter, now that I have finally achieved stability.

Oh, thank you for newer relase ^.^ But well, it seem that I still have some problems and I don't see right characters (except the title) and some letters are changed into another. Text looks kinda messy now. And yeah, I don't know where problem could be or what i should do -_-

Oh. Well... Hmm.
That has never happened to me before. I have had some problems using Sazanami, but never something quite so serious. There's probably something wrong with the glyph metrics in that particular font file. Notice that all the characters are perfectly aligned in columns: that means all advances are set to the same value. Try with a different one and let me know. Arial Unicode MS is not a bad choice.

I'm also interested in those missing glyphs. Do you know if the font has them?

PS: ONScripter didn't have this problem because the glyphs were aligned inside cells and centered within those cells. The width of the cells was hard-coded.

Default ONSlaught v20090126 (translator wanted)

I'm currently looking for someone who can read Japanese and interpret the original documentation for me.
The only requirement is accuracy. I need to know exactly what something does.
If you're interested, PM or e-mail me.

One third of the implementation is missing. The other two thirds are mostly okay, but I think (I can't recall at this moment) I found at least one inaccurately or incorrectly documented command.

zalas, Seung's version is *really* outdated and don't have a proper code examples.

I strongly encourage the translation of the current NS documentation, and would in fact be very grateful if it were made available. insani's copy is so outdated it's become practically useless for anything not entirely ancient. I think at some point I even found some commands in Tsukihime that weren't documented in that translation...

Hmm, yes. I've implemented a number of commands in ONScripter that insani's documentation didn't cover... I suppose I could try adding stuff from the JP command list to insani's html and make a little zip of it. It'd be for my own sanity if not everyone else's.
