They're working on a project that leverages AGTH or ITH to make hacking of ANY game possible.

Not to be confused with machine TL, it's properly translated text which will display in a separate window from the game (or overlayed if in full screen).

If this gets made somehow, it would increase the opportunity for more fan translations. I think the biggest hiccup they are having is that script dumps and hooked text are not identical, so you might have to do some fuzzy logic.

Personally, I don't like the idea of it. I might as well just print out the translated script and read off that if the translated text appears in a seperate window.

actually u can overlay it on top of the dialog window. only difference is the textbox will be opaque, not transparent. this wont work for games like Koisora iro or Tapestry, in which case it will be on a separate window and will save you lots of paper by reading it off the screen. U can always style the separate window in the same fashion as the ingame window. there are still lots of possibilities.
