Clannad Translation

Is it possible to get it converted into a text format, I want to play more of my PS2 version I bought and my japanese skills are't the best. The translation would help lots. I just want to know if there is a way.

I wasn't aware that it was available in any format other then text (aka, the SEENXXXX pages on the wiki). All the non-kepago source files are there...
