Cut the h-scenes outta Kanon adult version...

I remember anyone asked about this, but I simply didn't find the topic. So, I'm asking again. ^_^


As everyone know, I have the Adult verson of Kanon. A friend of mine with this game asked me if could be possible to remove the h-scenes of the game with no problem of crashes or something.

I remember about "delete some files, and play the game without them", but I'm not secure with this...

So, anyone here know if it's possible? and if yes, how (unless we have to cut the files with the h-scenes out the game folder...)?

Anyways, there are two Standard Editions of Kanon, if I recall correctly. One's adult and one's all-ages.

You could replace the images for the H CGs (I'd imagine you could find a list somewhere, or just look through them yourself) with copies of KURO.PDT. Then you'll just see black instead of the H CGs. Of course, you'd still see the text content, which can't really be removed without hacking the script files.

I've already know about that, in an attempt to translate the install instructions of 57% Haeleth Patch for portuguese...

The problem is the only links for AVGCensor in google are here, in this forum, and the links for it are all invalid. And once the last thing I talked about a AppLocale installer with regfiles (who, actually, just adds "Locale Japanese" in the right click menu, not used to break WGA or something) I have my _inmm.dll guide "unsticked", I won't talk anything about search it in (Ya know, these "good" things for the people who doesn't love the softhouses too much as they should...). <- *last thing here just for fun. ^_^*
