View Full Version : Technical Question about ONE
I was wondering, does anyone know what engine ONE (the DVD version) runs on? And if so, is there a utility out there do dump the script file?
Is it the same as the CD-based フルボイス版? (Executable is <tt>one.exe</tt>, game data is stored in a 120 MB file called <tt>one</tt> and indexed by <tt>one.lst</tt>).
If so, I don't know of any ready-made utilities out there that can help...
The only versions of ONE that I'm aware of are the original (unvoiced), full-voice, and PlayStation versions. I couldn't find anyting on a DVD version on Amazon or a few other places, are you sure it's out there?
About a script dumper, this looks sort like what you're looking for:
You want シナリオローダー , ONE (ver 1.0).
Take note that it's designed for use with the original, unvoiced PC version.
It does, however, successfully dump the script. Example using LastNm, FrstNm for our hero:
I hope this was helpful. ^^

But not of anything but the original, unvoiced PC version. I assume Misu has the full-voice version, on which Fao's scenario loader seems not to work.
