What would you do in Tokyo?

So my friends and I are going to Tokyo this December. We have two "free" days before we are stuck at Comiket.

My question to you guys is "What would you do in Tokyo?"
Cause I am an unoriginal hack with no imagination to call my own.

hhmm well i'd go visit some of the sites like Tokyo Tower for instance, or the Ghibli musuem (not too sure if that's in Tokyo). but I'd also waste time at some arcades seeing how good the Initial D players are and challenge them

I have never been to a comiket before so I don't know if I should save my money for that or blow most of it in Akihabara.

I'm definetly going to need a vacation for this vacation.
