Hmm, that used to be in the FAQ, but it looks like I forgot to put that bit anywhere when I reorganised everything.
It means "Haeleth's Translations", and it's Old English. (The name "haeleth" itself is an Old English word meaning something like "hero" or "warrior".)
The site logo reads "eiyuu no hon'yaku", which, as you might guess, is the same thing in Japanese.
